Unconditional : The ESERA Family | Renton, WA

Side Note: I'm posting this on February 4th, but I actually started preparing this blog post on January 14th. Waaaay behind on photography stuff, and just getting back into the swing of things!

Over the weekend, I met up with my friend Kealoha and her little family - it's been YEARS since I've seen Kea, but thanks to Facebook :) and email, we've kept in touch. We met in college in Utah, and it was great to catch up again after so long.

Kea and her husband Troy just welcomed their brand new, beautiful baby girl into the world a few months ago. Baby Kellen joins her "sister" Meadow, Kea and Troy's adorable dog. The Eseras were visiting from Oregon, and it was nice to take some of their first family photos!

We met up in Renton late in the afternoon, so we struggled with the light a bit. Thankfully, it didn't rain!

After photos, Junior and I met up with them again for dinner at the Cheesecake Factory - yummy food and good company :). It was great seeing you guys!!

BLESSED : 5 Generations | Puyallup, WA

Yes, you read the title correctly - five generations in a family! It's a rare thing, and such a blessing, and I was honored to document this for them.

Recently, you may remember seeing handsome baby Zander on the blog, and not too long before that, his parents, Kayla and Ken, anticipating his arrival. Zander is officially a 5th generation baby - he's the child, grandchild, great-grandchild, and great-great-grandchild of 4 beautiful women, and a joy to his entire family.

Unconditional : The LYTLES | Puyallup, WA

These days, I love when I get lucky with great weather! It was a beautiful day - perfect for this beautiful family! I met the Lytles at Bradley Lake in Puyallup, and we took photos while walking around the 1.5 mile perimeter of the lake. I had a great time getting to know Kendra and Shaun, and their 3 adorable kids. How cute is their little guy!? He is 19 months of fun, and he did great with his family pictures; I could've photographed him all day. Even when he got a little fussy toward the end, he was still cute as can be!

Unconditional : The COLBETH Family | UW Campus - Seattle, WA

I love newborns - precious, sweet and so delicate! Adorable Baby Sarah is a recent arrival into the world - these photos were taken just 3 weeks after she was born, and just shortly after her very first Thanksgiving, spent with her cousin, aunt and uncle - the Gervais family - and her mom, dad, sister and Nana in the beautiful sorority house on Greek Row on the University of Washington campus in Seattle. Her big sister, Grace, was also sweet as can be! The Colbeths were a great family to photograph - congratulations Colbeths on your new arrival, and thank you for a fun day!
